Warta "A"  vs  Albanian Stars  (2 : 4)

Friday February 3, 2011 - Odeum Expo Sports Center - Villa Park, Illinois
NSL League  Game:

Second half heroic comeback cut short for Warta!

Warta lost their second straight game of the NSL Competition as they loose to Albanian Stars in week 11 trailing the final playoff spot by four points.

This match had two different perspectives in two different halves.  First half, Albanians had total control of the game in which they ran to a 3:0 lead.  Warta mostly in the first half felt asleep allowing Albanians to shoot and score goals, putting them in a situation to chase the score from behind.  Romo had a perfect opportunity to open the scoring for Warta but his shot was well saved by the opposing keeper.  Later Castanon had a perfect chance as his run left two defenders slighlty behind but he tripped over his own feet in crucial moment.

After switching sides, Warta made huge changes to their lineups and lunched a heroic comeback attempt during which Junior Aguilar and Guilherme scored but Albanians playing smart held on to the score for a victory.

Despite the loss, Warta still just four points out of playoff spot as both Serpska and Hellenic United Blue lost their games on the day as well.

Game Roster: Gomez - Castanon, Bedin, Guzman, Aguierre, Nunes - Rogoz, Aguilar, K. Gomez, Chakour, Romo - Blancas, Wotring, Salas, Rosendo..

CKS Warta "B"   1 : 4    Stare Byki FC

Warta B still without a win as they fall to Stare Byki FC!!

Warta B dropped yet another game to a team in their Section keeping them still in releagtion danger zone.

Missed chances and failing to finish off the chances they had, Warta lost another game as they loose to Stare Byki 1:4.  Andrew Nuno scored the only goal for Warta as they struggle to do so in most cases.  Without their keeper Toledo, Warta had to place one of their field player to do the keeping and did well pretty much throughout the game.  Warta took the lead which lasted for most of the first half before Byki equalized.

Second half, Warta ran out of steam and thats when Byki scored three more goals to grab the win over struggling Warta team keeping them still in the relegation red zone.

Game Roster: Kaleta – Pugacewicz, Sarnowski, Nuno, Swanson, Agbejule – Lanek, Frykholm, Tyndyk, Pelayo, Bashiru – Kurzyukov, Petrovsky.
