FK Rep. Serpska (7 : 2)
Friday December 2, 2011 - Odeum Expo Sports
Center - Villa Park, Illinois
NSL League Game:
Shower of goals propels
Warta
to the winning column in their Section.
Warta
just needed minutes to resolve tonight’s crash against FK Rep.
Serpska and Jonathan Hernandez with four goals on the evening helped them bounce
back from week’s one loss.
Team started strong right from minute one and
saw them sail easily past Rep. Serpska to earn their first win on the season.
Addition of Guilherem Nunes back to the squad brought the spark to the
offense as he netted twice and four goals by Jonathan Hernandez gave
Warta much needed three points.
Great ball movement and quick passing made it a
much simpler to set the tempo of the game. Players took the
field with confidence which they lacked in their first game of the season and
got four goals in the first half to show for it.
After taking the lead, the team lowered the pace of the
game in which Serpska scored a goal but it was answered right back by Warta. Leading 5:1 with minutes left in
the game, players started toying around from which Serpska scored their second
on the evening but that was all they could have done as once again Gui Nunes
scored the final goal on the evening. Rafael Castanon had the
other goal to put him onto the scoring sheet.
Both keeper, Ernesto Torres and Gerardo Solis
put on a solid performance taking turns in each halves of the game, as the
entire team deserved applause for contribution.

stronger in the second to take the lead which they never surrendered.
