Warta "A" vs  Inferno SC (1:5)

Warta “A” with another loss at home!!

 Warta on their final game before the Mid- Summer Break lost to Inferno SC 1:5 at home.

Home side came close to scoring the first goal in the 5^th minute, as a great pass and a strong run down the right wing by Robert Ritchie Smith resulted in a keepers save.  Minutes later a shot by Zukowski glanced off the post and shot by Ritchie Smith again forced the keeper to make another save. Alan Toledo finally opened the scoring in the 16^th minute on a solo effort as he intercepted a pass an took it all the way slipping one pass the goalkeeper.

Inferno equalized in the 22^nd minute on a defensive mistake and took the lead minutes later on another miscommunication between the two center defenders.

Third goal, inferno scored off a quick counter attack, as the initial shot hit the post but misjudged clearance resulted in visitors goal before the half time whistle.

 In the second half, Warta came close to scoring but Ritchie Smith beat the offside trap but failed to put the ball pass the keeper, and Inferno scored their fourth from a well executed free kick in the 68^th minute.

Being down 1:4, Warta came charging in with another great chances, Edwin Martinez caused all the threat up front and both outside wingers from the side but the final effort came out empty.  With quarter of an hour to go, Warta pulled off Zukowski and Bashiru came on.  With just few minutes on the pitch he had the best chance to score as a saved ball was cleared back to him just outside the box and with keeper out of the goal his shot sailed way wide off target.

 Inferno scored their fifth goal of the evening as Warta players pushed forward and another counter attack set the score line for the game.

Warta still lacks on scoring goals from the chances they create which hurts the team at the end.

It was just another game, which Warta created many chances but failed to execute them properly.

Warta B had their game postponed due to field conditions against Stare Byki Blue of the NSL First Division.
