Warta "A" vs  Jahbat FC (5:2)

Warta “A’ well over Jahbat FC despite official parody!

Warta got back on a winning side by beating Jahbat FC by the score of 5:2..

Wartas’ Stanislaw Radzik struck a goal just two minutes into the game and sent Warta on their way.  Lukasz Zukowski scored the second and Radzik scored his second to give their side a 3:0 lead at halftime.

In the second half, Warta kept the pressure on and missed a few great chances to increase the lead but poorly executed drives kept the score a 3:0.

After Zukowski was shown a blue card for obstruction and penalized with two minutes, Warta dell defended for a minute before Cichowski was penalized with another two minutes.

Not too long after that, the referee parody started.  First Lukasz Borys was shown a blue card from one official and a red from another, just after that Joseph Teluch was shown a blue card for protesting the bad call by the official and with four men in the penalty box, the parody turned even funnier.

Zukowski who was already serving his two minutes had just 26 seconds left and Cichowskis’ penalty expired in under a minute, but the official explaining the procedure to the timekeeper got everyone confused even he confused himself.  Zukowski instead serving the remaining 26 seconds, stayed in the penalty box for another minute, and Cichowski for another two minutes giving them a well over three minutes of penalty time during which Jahbat played 5v3 and scored two goals to make it a 3:2 game.  Still playing a man short, Warta managed to score a goal to increase their lead to 4:2 on a powerful shot from Maciej Pedryc.

Marcin Sierak scored an insurance goal to seal the victory at which the officials not only got confused but it caused Warta to loose a player due to a red card on a provocation by one of the officials.  “Since when a referee can provoke a player on the field?”

Poor refereeing continues on the north side of the fields, as each week more and more complains were piling up on the lady ref.

The game did not meant anything to Warta as they already secured their playoff spot few weeks ago, but the two officials on the field killed the fun and the passion for the sport with just a one provoking call which could have turned into even worst parody of the night.

Game Roster: Siwik – Radzik, Pedryc, Wilczewski, Jaros, L.Borys - Teluch, Cichowski, Zukowski, Ostaszewski, Sierak.

Warta "B" vs  SAC Wisla "A" (4:3)

Warta “B” out duels table leaders:.

Warta B three times came back from behind to earn three points by beating their group leaders SAC Wisla 4:3.  Goals scored by Alan Marin, Cruz Ruiz, Felipe Gomez and Edwin Martinez gave enough to earn three points and secure their spot in the playoffs.

Warta "C" vs  FK Podrinje (3:5)

Warta C very close to a stunning surprise:

Warta C almost pulled a stunning surprise when they went ahead of their group leading FK Podrinje.  Warta with just three players on the bench made it very interesting.  After trailing the first half 0:1, allowed another goal in the second half but came back to scored two goals of their own from Krzysztof Kawa and Bart Danczuk  to make it an interesting game.  With just 4 minutes left in the game Andrzej Jarzabeks’ shot was slightly deflected by Elton Toledo and into the back of the net to get ahead of Podrinje.

While leading 3:2, a save was awarded a goal to Podrinje by the referee, same ref who turned Warta A’s game into a parody – “The ball never crossed the goal line, it was so obvious even from a far long distance.  I don’t know how a ref who was right there could have given the goal” – said Warta B asst. Coach Jacek Jaros.

Both teams level at 3:3, Krzystof Sokol tried to clear a ball from danger and placed it right into the upper ninety of his own goal to give the opponents a lead, and the fifth goal came right after that.

A hard work of just few players, was spoiled by the one bad call which turned the game around in the final minutes of the game.

Once again the poor referees did a very bad job officiating a game which could have cheated a team from three points.

Game Roster: A. Toledo (Merca) - Sokol, Danczuk, Kawa, E.Toledo, A. Jarzabek - Leonte, Jaros.
